Walter Blackwood - Managing Director
Walter joined Littlewoods in 2003 to head Business Express and subsequently Reality. He became Managing Director of Home Delivery Network Limited in 2005 following a merger between Business Express and Reality. Walter began his career as a Unilever Management Trainee and has over 20 years experience in the industry.
Steve Bacon - Finance Director
Steve is responsible for all aspects of Home Delivery Network Limited’s finance and strategy planning. He joined Littlewoods Retail Group in June 1999 as Supply Chain Financial Controller bringing experience from TDG, GUS and United Norwest. He was appointed Finance Director for Business Express in May 2002 then for Reality in August 2004 and subsequently Home Delivery Network Limited in 2005.
Chris Bowden - Commercial Director
As Commercial Director, Chris is responsible for liaising with existing customers and developing new business opportunities for Home Delivery Network Limited. He has been with the company for six years and brings experience from FedEx and Parceline where he spent 8 years.
Paul Bull - Operations Director (Parcel Depots)
Paul has over 26 years experience within the industry, 22 years of which has been spent with Business Express prior to the formation of Home Delivery Network Limited. As Operations Director, he is responsible for cost effective service delivery from a network of nationwide parcel depots which handle items less than 25kg.
Frank Henderson - Operations Director (Support Services)
Frank joined Business Express (which subsequently became part of Home Delivery Network Limited) in 2002 having previous worked in a wide variety of roles within the Littlewoods organisation since 1979. As Operations Director (Support Services) he is responsible for the strategic development and tactical management of the transport, sortation and fleet/facilities departments.
Keith Milum - Specialist Distribution Hubs Director
Keith is responsible for all aspects of the financial and operational performance of the Specialist Distribution Hubs which handle parcels over 25kg. He has extensive director experience in customer services and distribution gained from previous employment with blue chip companies including NFC (now Excel), IBM, TDG and GUS.
