The delivery process
A tracking number is a 13 or 16 digit number given to your parcel by the person or company that you brought the goods from. If you do not have a tracking number, you will need to contact the person/company that you bought the goods from.

TRACK & TRACE
The HDNL 'Track & Trace' facility enables you to access the latest information regarding your parcel's whereabouts.

In order to use the 'Track & Trace' facility you will need to enter the UPI (Unique Parcel Indentifier) associated with your parcel, which should have been provided to you by your retailer.
