Our bespoke service enables our specialised operations team to offer a delivery service that meet your customers' needs. We handle a wide variety of items including white goods, brown goods , beds, flat pack, garden , conservatory and pre assembled cabinet furniture , through our three dedicated dstribution centres.
Communication is the key to delivering consignments efficiently. To this end we contact every customer within 48 hours of order receipt to arrange a convenient maximum four-hour delivery window. We will also call ahead prior to delivery (for example 30 minutes) if requested by the customer. Delivering almost 37, 000 consignments each week, we are proud that 90% of our orders are delivered within our standard five working day service, unless deferred by the customer.
With our dynamic route structure if the first delivery date offered to your customer is inconvenient they can simply select an alternative delivery date. This improves delivery rates and enables us to achieve in excess of 97% on time in full delivery target. With our on line track and trace system, you can monitor your orders every step of the way empowering your own Customer Services team.
