I am very impressed with the service from Home Delivery Network. I receive a lot of parcels and it is often a hassle to go and pick them up from the sorting office to collect them if I am out. Last week your driver was kind enough to leave my parcel in a really discreet and safe place (without instruction) and I can't tell you how much trouble it saved me. If only other delivery companies were as flexible and had as much common sense!
